Ochirbat Punsalmaa

In 2005, Ochirbat Punsalmaa, Mongolia’s first democratically elected President, was awarded the “Order of Chinggis Khaan”, the highest state honor in Mongolia, in recognition of his exceptional contributions to Mongolia’s political transition and democratic development.
